1. Carefully read Prize List
2. Print out Entry Form
3. Complete entry form 
4.  Mail paper entry form, fees, NEWE Liability form and Coggins to Secretary Deb Quillinan at address listed in Prize list. 
OR...Take a screen shot of your entry and send to Deb Quillinan (address in Prize List). Fees must be received for a complete entry. 
5. You may also use Paypal to pay fees but must add 3% for fees. Checks are accepted. Read Prize list for check payment information.

To register for the clinic with Doreen:
Include payment with your entry fee. 
$200/ per rider 1.5 hour small group (2-3 riders).
